After Musikmesse this year, where a Japanese journalist made a pretty nice interview with us, we got a short e-mail from Tokyo from Mr. Jun Maeda. He represents Kurosawa Co. and came to visit our stand several times during the past years. His interest in dealing with our guitars - both basses and electic guitars- ended up in a good co-opration and these days several Fibenare Basses and guitars have been transported to Tokyo.

Kurosawa Instrument Network is one of the most traditional instrument dealers in Japan, they have the 50th anniversary event of its foundation this year. It operates 16 music stores in Tokyo and 2 wholesale departments in Tokyo & Osaka. At first, they start to deal with our products in the following 2 stores (you could find it under Partners as well). We are convinced and turst to have big success in Japan.

We are really happy to inform you that Fibenare guitars will be distributed in UK. A completely new guitar shop (with high-end guitars) opens in Bristol this May. The name of the shop is "JAM GUITARS".

BASS GUITAR Magazine at Fibenare Guitars

Mr. Terry Buddingh musician and journalist visited Fibenare Guitar Manufactory in Budapest after Musikmesse. He made an European Tour and visited several guitar makers (Warwick GMBH in Germany, two companies in Czech Republic, and Fibenare Guitars in Hungary).

It was a great honour of us to welcome him in our family company. We met in Frankfurt, during the Messe we had and interesting and constructive discussion about the world-wide situation of the luthiers and the global guitar market.

		Terry spent one day in Budapest, had a company tour where we introduced how Fibenare Guitars were manufactured, he got a detailed picture how we produce step-by-step the guitars. He took some photos and we did not have to force him to try Fibenare Basses. He plays very well (as you could see the attached photos) and he liked it. Afterwards we went together to the Biggest Guitar Store in Budapest to have a look on Fibenare Guitars. Mr. Szikszai the owner of the store made an interview with him for Instrument Magazine. The official programme was finished with a tasteful Hungarian cuisine and Terry left Budapest early night.

This was the first time for him to come to Hungary but he promised to come back again. He invited us to San Franscisco and we told him: Let's meet at our boot in Annaheim - NAMM Show!

There was our fourth exhibiton in Frankfurt this year. It was really good to see and feel the friendship of the European luthiers (Nik Huber, Ruokangas, Ritter, Marleaux); we had discussions on the latest developments, we visited the stands of each others and after the work we played music together.

Parallel the emotions - we love Frankfurt - we made good businesses. We highly appreciated the appearance of Fibenare Guitars in Bristol (UK) from the first week of May.

Far over the business contacts we were happy concerning the interest of the international press. Journalists of the American Bass Player and GuitarPlayer, the Spanish and Japanese Bass Magazine visited us and made interviews and took some photos.

For us Frankfurt has first priority to be there in every year. We would like to give our special thank to the Musikmesse Team.

From March 2006 new Fibenare Guitars could be tried and purchased in the biggest guitar store in Budapest. The name of the store is ELDORADO, it is located in the downtown of Budapest. The store is completely well-equipped so the guitarist could play on Fibenare Guitars in special silent cabinet.
